These terms govern your use of rackprep.com and any related content or services (together, the “Site”) offered by RackPrep (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Early access

RackPrep is in development. Features, content, and availability may change, pause, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Sample questions and other material are provided for practice only.

Acceptable use

Content and intellectual property

The Site, including its questions, explanations, branding, and design, is owned by RackPrep or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial interview preparation. All other rights are reserved.

Company names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. They are shown to describe the kinds of roles RackPrep prepares you for and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

No guarantees

RackPrep helps you practice. It does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, or any particular outcome. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RackPrep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of opportunity, income, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or $0 if you paid nothing.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site if you break these terms or misuse the Site.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
