RackPrep (“we”, “us”) provides interview preparation for data center technicians and AI infrastructure candidates at rackprep.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Site available and secure.
• Preferences stored in your browser. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Information you send us. If you sign up for early access or contact us, we keep the details you provide, such as your email address, so we can respond and let you know when RackPrep launches.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking networks.
• We do not use your information to train AI models.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and improve the Site, respond to your messages, send early-access updates you asked for, and protect against abuse. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site, such as Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from early-access emails at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Clearing your browser storage removes your saved theme preference.

Children

The Site is intended for adults preparing for work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Site grows. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
